We are prepared to accept most types of financing for our services that is convenient and satisfactory to the Client. The only restriction in this regard is the professional ethics which forbid legal advisors to conclude agreements with Clients, under which the Clients undertake to pay remuneration only proportionally to the result achieved. However, we accept agreements stipulating extra remuneration for a positive resolution of the case.
 
In principle we accept the following types of remuneration:

1. lump-sum fee - fixed, monthly remuneration for a fixed number of hours to be used up by the client each month,
2. hourly fee - remuneration payable on a monthly basis for a fixed rate and the service time,
3. fee for a transaction or case - remuneration for performing a specific transaction (preparation of an opinion, draft agreement, statement) or a case (court proceedings) at a pre-determined price.

We offer our legal expertise to new Clients, only if we can be sure that we can offer them a comprehensive and continuous service.
 
One of our main rules is to avoid situations where we could offer legal assistance to entities competing in the same market, even if this competition is indirect. Which is why prior to commencing co-operation with a new Client we thoroughly examine the possibility of such an occurrence in which a conflict of interests between a new and already-existing Client. If such a situation is confirmed, we reserve the right to refuse co-operation.
